Shipping Policy

Ever Rae is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, once the shipping label is created. If your package is lost or damaged, please file your claim with UPS directly here.

Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Ever Rae. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The timing of you receiving the credit is dependent on your card issuer's policy.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs upon returning your item; you may use your preferred shipping carrier. If you receive a refund, it will only be a refund for the amount you paid for the returned items, excluding original shipping fee. Shipping costs are non­refundable. We will not refund your original shipping fee, and will not pay for the cost of you shipping the returned items to us.
